Recent feedback from a CONDO course
I am writing to make comment on how the whole process was managed from start to finish, initial contact to completion of training, and would appreciate that this E Mail is passed to your MD.
All of the contact we have had with your organisation has been of the highest order, you have reacted to our requests and our unique requirements in a superb manner, you arranged for one of your trainers to visit the company which he did. He clearly fully understood the brief that we provided, particularly in regard to the mix of CONDO and HET and the mix of personnel types and areas operated in. He then produced what can only be described as, an excellent, well thought out, interesting and relevant programme for the course.
The delivery of the course was superb. All those that attended thoroughly enjoyed it but most importantly gained a lot from it. Most on the course were ex military and currently operate in hostile environments such as Afghanistan, this I think can cause problems, particularly if the course content is not imaginative or interesting enough, there was not a risk of this on the course that was put together for us.
The knowledge base of the three instructors is incredible, for example, none of us have ever received such a high standard of first aid training.
All of the instructors encouraged us to provide feedback and tolerated us whilst we discussed within the company how we currently do things and how perhaps we should, they were also happy to provide input to these discussions when asked.
We have received CONDO training from other providers, none are a patch on the instruction we received from your company. Many thanks to you and the guys for the undoubted effort that was put into this.
