2 Day Toxic Hazard Environment Awareness (THEA) Training Course

The two day THEA course is designed for those personnel who may find themselves exposed to a toxic hazard as a result of an accident, deliberate act of terrorism or are planning to pass through, go into or work in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear (CBRN) hazard environment.

The course content consists of:

- Threat awareness brief
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) CBRN go pack
- Toxic hazard environment tactics, techniques and procedures
- CBRN risk assessment
- CBRN life saving first aid

Who should attend:

- Media personnel (camera teams, journalist, newspaper reporters and photographers)
- Security staff
- Office staff
- Transport workers
- Aid workers
- Red Cross staff
- Diplomatic / Embassy staff
